This session features a 30-minute centering practice of meditation inspired by the teachings of yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques. There will be Q&A after the guided meditation concluding with a 5-minute practice of silence meditation. Registration is required for this free program and upon registering, you will receive an invitation to the Zoom meeting in your email. No prior experience is needed.
