Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a meditation that is intended to cultivate a state of relaxed awareness. Typically resting in "shavasana" or corpse pose, participants are guided through intention setting (sankalpa), body scan, breath awareness and visualizations to experience yoga nidra. This class is accessible to meditation practitioners of all levels and no prior experience is necessary.
